GREG PAUL has been in the construction industry for over forty years. He founded Greg Paul Builders in 1985 and Raleigh’s steady growth has kept his team busy ever since. Best known for historic restorations and high-end renovations, GPB has also built over sixty custom residences and many fine light commercial projects. Greg is proud of the positive collaborations he has enjoyed with owners, architects, designers and tradespeople, and is well regarded for his commitment to honest, high quality work.
ROBBY BLYTH has been with the Greg Paul Builders team for nine years. While at Greg Paul Builders he has completed over 50 renovation, restoration, and new construction projects, including work on several historically significant structures downtown. He is a LEED Accredited Professional as well as a licensed General Contractor in the state of North Carolina. Robby lives in downtown Raleigh with his wife, Rebecca, their two year old daughter Isla, and dog Boone.

KIM SHIRLEY has been in the design field working with premier custom builders in the Triangle for 15 years. She has a unique talent that combines a discerning eye with an ability to translate a homeowner’s desire into reality. Kim has been able to practically apply her BA in Art History and History from Wake Forest into creation of over a hundred custom homes, each one holding a special attention to detail. She serves on the board of The Green Chair Project, chairs the board of Hearts and Hands for Haiti, and is a Step Up mentor. Her passion for housing, especially work force housing and the dream of homes with dignity for single mothers, is only surpassed by her love of family and serving Christ in all aspects of her life.
